Your letter of 17 November 2022 was transferred to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) on 28 November 2022 as it did not fall within the remit of HM Treasury. HMRC issued a request for further business information on 29 November 2022, under reference XST/3134/2022, to enable the original correspondence to be investigated and replied to. This request for further information was re-issued on 23 December 2022.
