<p>The video made for use in Valuing Everyone training sessions for Members of the
Lords cost £6,000.</p><p>In feedback following an earlier version of the training
sessions, the course providers were explicitly asked by Members to make the video
scenario more directly reminiscent of situations that have arisen in the Lords, rather
than the previous and more generic video about a female employee and her manager which
was used when the sessions were attended by a mixture of MPs and Peers.</p>
