<p>The non-statutory roles and responsibilities of Board members of the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), including the former ‘Disability Commissioner’ role are matters for the EHRC to decide. The GEO would not normally inform the Prime Minister’s Office of intended EHRC changes to these roles and responsibilities and did not do so in this case.</p>
