answer text <p>The Legal Aid Agency has continued to make funding available to enable victims of human trafficking to bring claims of compensation against their traffickers since the relevant provisions in the Modern Slavery Act 2015 came into force on 31 July 2015.</p><p>The latest figures available cover up until 31 December 2015.</p><p>No cases commenced after 31 July 2015 had completed by 31 December 2015, and therefore no information on expenditure is available.</p> more like this
