<p>EC Regulation 1073/2009 deals with access to the international market for coach and bus operations. It includes within its provisions, a legal basis so that vehicles from the European Union can operate in the United Kingdom. It does not cover passenger accessibility issues nor non-commercial operations such as local charity groups.</p>
