answer text <p>In 2017 the Government introduced ground-breaking regulations requiring large employers, in both the public and private sector, to publish annually the differences between what they pay their male and female staff in average salaries and bonuses. They must do this by the deadlines of March 30th for public sector organisations, and April 4th for private and voluntary organisations</p><p>The transparency generated by these regulations will motivate employers to identify barriers to women’s progression in the workplace, and to take action to address them. It will also drive employers to increase awareness of the work they are already undertaking to achieve gender equality.</p> more like this
