<p>The Department’s Europe Directorate and EU Exit and International Trade directorate employ dedicated teams of full-time officials who work on negotiations and the domestic consequences of leaving the EU, as well as our ongoing engagement with the EU whilst we are still members. Officials in other teams in the Department also carry out EU exit-related work as part of their broader responsibilities. The Department will continue to ensure there is an appropriate level of resource to deliver its EU exit work.</p>
