answer text <p>We have a diverse range of providers delivering probation services, and an additional 40,000 offenders each year receiving supervision and support after release from custody.</p><p> </p><p>While Community Rehabilitation Companies have reduced reoffending by two percentage points since 2015, we have been clear that probation needs to improve.</p><p> </p><p>We set out in our consultation in July our intention to end the current CRC contracts in 2020 and put in place new structures which will enable private, public and third-sector providers to help further reduce reoffending.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Citizens’ rights has been our first priority since the very beginning of this process.</p><p>While the Government is preparing for a range of scenarios, including the unlikely event that we reach March 2019 without agreeing a deal, the Prime Minister stated to EU citizens on 21 September “I want to be clear with you that even in the event of no deal your rights will be protected. You are our friends, our neighbours, our colleagues. We want you to stay.”</p><p>We will set out all the details shortly. The number of cybersecurity incidents recorded is unlikely to be representative of the numbers of attacks actually launched, as not all attacks may be detected or reported by the organisations affected.
