The government attaches great importance to international education links and partnerships for the language and cultural benefits they bring.</p><p> </p><p>The school’s partnership with Youfu Primary School pre-dates the Opportunity Area programme, but it clearly shares our determination to broaden the horizons of children in areas such as Royton. The Commission has prepared an Easy Read form which people with a learning disability are able to use to apply to register to vote. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/12/2017 answer text <p>Ahead of any election, the Commission provides resources for Returning Officers including training material, to ensure anyone who is eligible to vote is able to do so with confidence.
