answer text <p>Public sector spending per head for the St Helens North constituency, St Helens or for Merseyside are not held centrally by the UK Government. However, identifiable expenditure per head for the North West region are available from the Country and Regional Analysis (CRA) of public expenditure. Please refer to Table 1.</p><p> </p><p>Communities and Local Government do provide expenditure data at Local Authority level on the GOV.UK website. answer text <p>We have no plans to do so. Adrenaline Auto Injectors are injectable prescription only medicines. Under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, they can only be administered by, or in accordance with, the directions of a prescriber except for the purpose of saving life in an emergency. However, this does not allow anyone to obtain stocks of the medicine in advance of an emergency. In effect, the law only allows settings such as hospitals and schools to do so. Extending this to restaurants could pose substantial risks that are likely to outweigh potential benefits.</p> more like this

answer text <p>High THC (containing more than 0.2% THC) cannabis is licensed for the purpose of research.</p><p> </p><p>All drug licence applications are considered individually on their merits and are issued with time-limited validity, usually one year.</p><p> </p><p>Typically, applicants would need to show they are fit and proper persons to hold a licence, cognisant of their responsibilities in respect of security and record keeping, that to issue a licence falls within any applicable policies and those of any related regulatory regimes. This may include an assessment of whether any product produced by a prospective licensee could lawfully be sold to the public.</p><p> </p><p>In the event a licence is formally revoked the timescale given will be specific to, and proportionate for that case.</p> more like this
