answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/07/2017 answer text <p>The latest ONS Labour Force Survey shows the number of people reporting to be self-employed was 4.8 million in the 4<sup>th</sup> quarter of 2016.</p><p>Due to the age categories in which ONS reports this data, it is not possible to get a figure for 21 to 65 year olds.</p><p>However, as a proportion of the total number of people in employment (31,713,000), self-employed people between the ages of 25 and 64 account for 13.1% of total employment. This will also determine whether government is bearing a majority of the risks and rewards associated with the project and therefore incurring public expenditure for the capital investment of the project. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/07/2017 answer text <p>The Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA) provides assistance and advice on fundamental rights issues to the EU institutions and to Member States when implementing Union law. The FRA is also tasked with promoting fundamental rights within the EU, which it does through the collation, analysis and dissemination of data on fundamental rights across the Member States. As the Balance of Competencies Review in 2014 showed, a small number of UK NGOs have used FRA data to support their work.</p><p> </p><p>The UK contributes to the FRA budget through its contribution to the overall EU budget. The FRA’s budget for 2017 is 22.7 million euro. While civil service time is spent dealing with FRA reports and activities, time costs are not logged on this basis.
