<p>The security guarding at DFID’s 2 headquarter premises in East Kilbride and Whitehall is provided by Mitie Security who set their staff pay rates. The rates of pay vary according to staff responsibility. The minimum hourly rates meet or exceed the current Living Wage Foundation rates for the UK or London depending on the location of the employee.</p>
