It has the general function of promoting high standards of education and co-ordinating all stages of education to ensure that medical students and newly qualified doctors are equipped with the knowledge, skills and attitudes essential for professional practice.</p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p>Health Education England (HEE) will work with bodies that set curricula such as the GMC and the Royal College of general practitioners to seek to ensure general practice training meets the needs of patients.</p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p>In addition, HEE has established an independent Primary Care Workforce Commission which is chaired by Professor Martin Roland of University of Cambridge. The Commission will identify models of primary care that will meet the needs of the future National Health Service including greater emphasis on community, primary and integrated services. NHS England advises that it is aware that provision of good FLS is not uniform across the country and is working with CCGs to support them to develop appropriate local services. Any worker who believes that they are being paid below the minimum wage should make a complaint to the Pay &amp; Work Rights Helpline (PWRH) on 0800 917 2368.</p><p> </p><p>HMRC review every complaint referred to them by the PWRH and, in addition, collate and analyse data from various sources to identify employers more likely not to be paying National Minimum Wage and undertake targeted enforcement against those employers.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>However, some complaints may not lead to the commencement of an investigation. This might be due to incomplete information being provided, or the worker subsequently wishing to withdraw their complaint. Similarly, multiple complaints about the same employer would only be recorded under one investigation. HMRC do not record statistics by complaints received, but by investigations completed.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>As stated above, HMRC review every complaint they receive from the PWRH. It is the responsibility of our delivery partners to determine exactly how many trained guidance specialists they will need in each area. HM Treasury has plans in place to boost capacity, particularly to deal with any initial surge of demand.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Citizens Advice has published the names of 44 bureaux which are in the first tranche of participating bureaux in England and Wales. Bureaux will use also a range of satellite locations to deliver guidance. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/02/2015 answer text <p>Since the Department’s National Planning Casework Unit took over responsibility for issuing Compulsory Purchase Order decisions in May 2012, the Secretary of State has issued decisions on 76 opposed Compulsory Purchase Orders. 73 decisions went along with the Inspector’s recommendation, and 3 did not.</p><p> </p><p>In the case of Liverpool City Council and Welsh Streets, the Secretary of State disagreed with the Inspector’s report that recommended confirming the Order. The reasoning is summarised in the Written Ministerial Statement of 16 January 2015, <em>Official Report</em>, Column 35WS.</p><p> </p><p>In the case of the Northumberland Development Project the Inspector recommended that the Order should not be confirmed or that, in the event that the Secretary of State is minded to confirm the Order, he should confirm the Order with modifications subject to receipt of a satisfactory Section 106 agreement. Following receipt of the Inspector’s Report the Secretary of State deferred his decision on the Order and in accordance with the Inspector’s recommendation wrote to all parties seeking representations. The Secretary of State subsequently confirmed the Order with modifications on 11 July 2014.</p><p> </p><p>In the case of the Shepherd’s Bush Market area the Inspector recommended that the Order should not be confirmed or, if the Secretary of State is minded to confirm the Order, it should be modified by deleting some of the Order lands. In confirming the Order the Secretary of State considered that the proposed purpose of the Order would significantly contribute to the wellbeing of the area and fitted in with the adopted planning framework for the area. He was satisfied that sufficient safeguards were in place to protect traders and shopkeepers and that the potential financial viability of the scheme had been demonstrated, and that no adequate alternatives existed in terms of achieving the purpose of the proposal, particularly in light of the urgent need to redevelop the Market.
