answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/12/2014 answer text The European Union imposed restrictions on the import into the EU of goods originating in Crimea or Sevastopol as part of a range of measures to give practical effect to its policy of non-recognition of the illegal annexation of these territories to the Russian Federation. This is a targeted action which forms part of the EU’s wider package of measures imposed as a result of actions that have undermined the independence and integrity of Ukraine. On 17 November EU Foreign Ministers reaffirmed their commitment to further action. The EU remains ready to reverse its decisions and reengage with Russia when it starts contributing actively and without ambiguities to finding a solution to the Ukrainian crisis. The CQC is responsible for the recruitment of its own workforce.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The CQC has advised that it ensures that all staff appointed have the necessary skills and expertise to fulfil their roles.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Among the skills, qualifications and experience required for the role are:</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and previous experience of working in an analytical role.</p><p> </p><p>- Experience of interpreting and presenting data sets to a wide range of audiences.</p><p> </p><p>- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with experience of preparing and presenting high-level reports on complex issues.</p><p> </p><p>- Understanding of how intelligence is used in a risk based regulatory model.</p><p> </p><p>- Knowledge and understanding of health and/or social care data sets.</p><p> </p><p>- Experience of using management information systems to ensure an integrated information approach.</p><p> </p><p>- Experience of working with consistent analytic frameworks.</p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p>The CQC’s Primary Medical Services Intelligent Monitoring team consists of six analytical staff. We have made considerable <br>progress in limiting the accessibility and circulation of terrorist material. Since February 2010, the police Counter Terrorism Internet Referral Unit (CTIRU) has secured the removal of more than 65,000 pieces of content, with <br>over 46,000 of these removed since the start of this year. There is a clear role for the internet industry and responsible providers are working with us to take down this content and safeguard their users. We are also committed to <br>building the capabilities of civil society groups and promoting moderate voices to deliver powerful counter narratives.
