answer text The European Union imposed restrictions on the import into the EU of goods originating in Crimea or Sevastopol as part of a range of measures to give practical effect to its policy of non-recognition of the illegal annexation of these territories to the Russian Federation. This is a targeted action which forms part of the EU’s wider package of measures imposed as a result of actions that have undermined the independence and integrity of Ukraine. On 17 November EU Foreign Ministers reaffirmed their commitment to further action. The EU remains ready to reverse its decisions and reengage with Russia when it starts contributing actively and without ambiguities to finding a solution to the Ukrainian crisis. The EU’s wider policy on import restrictions will continue to be assessed according to the policy objectives in each situation. more like this

As the CQC is responsible for developing its own methodology for assessing whether providers are meeting the registration requirements, the CQC would be responsible for any legal proceedings that arose in relation to that methodology.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The CQC has advised that it will deal with any legal proceedings that may be brought against it. answer text <p>In dealing with the challenge of terrorist and extremist content online, we must both restrict access to such content, and build the capabilities of civil society groups to promote positive alternatives. We have made considerable <br>progress in limiting the accessibility and circulation of terrorist material. Since February 2010, the police Counter Terrorism Internet Referral Unit (CTIRU) has secured the removal of more than 65,000 pieces of content, with <br>over 46,000 of these removed since the start of this year. There is a clear role for the internet industry and responsible providers are working with us to take down this content and safeguard their users.
