answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/07/2014 answer text <p>As part of its oversight and escalation process, the NHS Trust Development Authority asks NHS trusts to self-certify compliance with the licence conditions relating to choice and competition. Therefore, the NHS Trust Development Authority has not incurred related expenditure in 2013-14 and does not plan any expenditure in 2014-15 over and above the costs of the teams that manage the oversight and escalation process more generally.</p><p> </p><p>There were no instances requiring the enforcement of licence conditions set out on page three of the Partnership Agreement with Monitor in 2013-14 and there has been no expenditure. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/07/2014 answer text <p>We understand from NHS England that the budget for Commissioning through Evaluation is being allocated as follows:</p><p> </p><p>- £9 million for three interventional cardiology schemes;</p><p>- £4.8 million for selective internal radiation therapy; and</p><p>- £1.6 million for selective dorsal rhizotomy.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>£1.5 million has been removed from the budget as the renal denervation scheme is no longer being progressed.
