answer text <p>The House of Commons Commission has high level oversight of financial management and procurement but delegates the procurement and management of individual contracts to the relevant House officials.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The contract for Members Security Services was awarded in September 2021 following a robust procurement process managed in strict accordance with Public Contracts Regulations 2015. MPs’ interests were represented during the evaluation process by members of the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) and the Director of the Member Services Team.</p><p> </p><p>The contract is currently managed by the Members’ Security Support Service (MSSS) in the Parliamentary Security Department. MSSS monitors the contract through regular review meetings with the contractor company, at which colleagues from IPSA and PPCS (Parliamentary Procurement &amp; Commercial Service) are in attendance.</p> more like this

This enables Norfolk County Council to develop an Outline Business Case which it plans to submit to the Department in spring 2023. answer text <p>The Office for Students’ target for the number of dental school places taken up each year is 809, with scope for marginal variation each year averaged over five years.</p><p>The Government temporarily lifted the cap on dental school places in 2020 and 2021 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on A-Levels. Consequently, more places were funded above the 809 annual target in those years. In 2020/21, there were 895 places and 970 in 2021/22. From 2022/23, the target reverts to 809.</p> more like this

However, Health Education England is working with the Department and NHS England to consider options to increase training capacity, such as the centres for dental development proposed in the Advancing Dental Care Review.</p> more like this
