<p>These policies in relation to active travel, public transport and decarbonisation will be the subject of ongoing monitoring and evaluation. It is too early, and in the case of the forthcoming Transport Decarbonisation Plan premature, to draw conclusions from such recent and long-term initiatives.</p><p> </p>
