answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/11/2019 answer text <p>We published an <a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/839610/net-gain-ia.pdf" target="_blank">impact assessment</a> which quantifies the potential benefits of a mandatory biodiversity net gain requirement. Such data are held by individual Electoral Registration Officers (EROs).</p><p>In line with its statutory duty, the Electoral Commission have published a report into the administration of the European Parliamentary Election earlier this year.
