answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/04/2019 answer text <p>​There were no young people in Nottinghamshire local authority area aged 19 to 21 who were care leavers and classified as homeless or of no fixed abode in the last 5 years.</p><p>Figures for young people in Nottinghamshire local authority area aged 17 and 18 who were care leavers have only been collected since the year ending 31 March 2016. None of these young people were classified as homeless or of no fixed abode by the local authority.</p><p>The department does not collect data at parliamentary constituency level.</p><p>Further information on care leavers over the last 5 years in the Nottinghamshire local authority area is published by the department in the underlying data tables accompanying the statistical release, ‘Children looked after in England (including adoption): 2017 to 2018’. The UK is a party to that Convention and will continue to be so after we leave the EU. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/04/2019 answer text <p>The UK already provides information to the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA).</p><p> </p><p>EMSA is aware of the high quality of UK training and certification. UK maritime qualifications will continue to be recognised internationally even after the UK leaves the EU.</p><p> </p><p>EU law requires that the EU assesses the training and certification of non-EU countries before recognising their certificates. This assessment is carried out by EMSA. These obligations affect Maritime Security and Surveillance, Ship Safety and Protection of the Marine Environment.</p><p> </p><p>The Department for Transport and its agencies will take on functions carried out by EMSA in the event that the UK leaves the EU without a deal. However, this is not our preferred option. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/04/2019 answer text <p>We have begun preparatory work on the refresh of the National Plan for Music Education, which will be published by 2020.</p><p>We are grateful to the many music stakeholders who have already submitted reports and proposals, and are reviewing these closely. A further public announcement will be made soon, setting out our plans to ensure that everyone with an interest in music has the opportunity to contribute.</p><p>The government believes that music is an important subject and that all pupils should receive a high quality music education, at least up to age 14. That is why the subject is compulsory in the national curriculum and why the government is providing funding of over £300 million for music education hubs between 2016 and 2020. The national curriculum does not apply in academies, but all state-funded schools have to provide a broad and balanced curriculum.</p><p>In order to ensure all pupils are able to enjoy a high quality music education, we are also developing and publishing a non-statutory model music curriculum for key stages 1 to 3.
