answer text <p>The Government Equalities Office (GEO) does not itself undertake any regulatory functions imposed by legislation. The GEO is responsible for the Equality Act 2006, which imposes regulatory functions on the Equality and Human Rights Commission. None of these functions are currently undertaken by trade associations.</p> more like this
