Therefore, whilst there is no robust estimate of the total cost of cyber crime to the UK economy it is likely to be billions.</p><p>The Economic and Social Costs of Crime report (Home Office, 2018) estimated a cost of £1.1bn from computer misuse incidents against individuals in the financial year 2015/16. For example, Suella Braverman visited the West Midlands in July, meeting manufacturing businesses there.</p><p>Ministers in my Department have undertaken more than 500 engagements with business and civil society stakeholders since July 2016. Details are published in the quarterly transparency returns.</p><p>In the unlikely event of leaving the EU without a deal, we have published 106 technical notices on GOV.UK. These provide guidance to businesses on the steps they should take to prepare. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/10/2018 answer text <p>The Office for National Statistics (ONS) produce estimates of the level of household debt in the UK.</p><p> </p><p>The latest available regional data, covering the period 2012 to 2014, shows median household financial debt in the West Midlands is the lowest of any English region. In the UK as a whole, household debt-to-income was 140% in Q2 2018. This remains significantly below the pre-crisis peak of 160% in Q1 2008. Debt interest payments as a share of income remain low by historical standards and below pre-crisis levels. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/10/2018 answer text <p>Since the establishment of the project in the autumn of 2016, there has been extensive engagement with strategic stakeholders, including Strategic Migration Partnerships (SMPs), Local Authorities and Statutory Organisations, to feed their views into the design of the next generation of contracts. In addition, the project has undertaken market engagement with private and public sector suppliers to understand what is required to deliver effective solutions for the provision of accommodation and support to asylum seekers.</p><p>The Home Office has considered lessons learnt from the existing contracts and Stakeholder feedback had considerable influence on the specifications in the contract, where the Home Office has adopted a host of improvements that were proposed by stakeholders. The honourable Member may find it useful to refer to the answer I gave on 29 October which confirms that preparatory work is underway within the Department of Health in Northern Ireland to allow for the introduction of HPV to boys in Northern Ireland, if and when such a decision is taken by a Health Minister in Northern Ireland. The responsibility for prescribing and any necessary follow-up rests with the doctor or prescriber who has clinical responsibility for that particular aspect of a patient's care. Decisions on which drugs are prescribed should be based on clinical assessments. Good communication between practitioners and patients is essential and prescribers should always involve patients in decisions about the treatment proposed, including informing them of any possible side effects from their prescribed medicines.</p><p> </p><p>The Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs published advice on the use of Tramadol in 2013.
