Leaving the EU and building a new partnership with the EU means that we will leave the Common Agricultural and Common Fisheries Policies. As the Prime Minister set out in her Florence speech, we are proposing an implementation period to provide a bridge to our future relationship with the EU, providing certainty for businesses and individuals. The terms of that implementation period are a matter for negotiation.
