answer text <p>The US Department of Homeland Security confirmed in June that the North Korean citizens in question were not accredited members of North Korea's Mission to the UN and had no entitlement to diplomatic immunity. Their luggage therefore also had no diplomatic protection from inspection either in the US or when they visited the UK.</p> more like this
