The autumn 2016 number of rough sleepers counted and estimated in a single night snapshot in England was 4,134. In England, 59,090 households were accepted as statutorily homeless and in priority need in 2016/17. 77,240 households were in temporary accommodation at the end of March 2017 in England. There were 214,476 successful cases of homelessness prevention or relief outside the statutory homelessness framework in 2016/17 in England.</p><p>These are also published at a local authority level, including the ten Greater Manchester authorities. There are no other specific requirements relating to the content of such education, unless a child has a statement of special educational needs or an Education and Health Care Plan, which can specify that the child is being educated at home. If it does, the local authority is under a duty to ensure the provision specified is made.</p><p>Parents choosing to educate at home take on the responsibilities involved, including financial responsibility. There is no entitlement to support. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/07/2017 answer text <p>UK banks’ and building societies’ treatment of their customers is governed by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in its Principles of Business. This includes a general requirement for firms to provide a prompt, efficient and fair service to all of their customers, including those who have recently suffered a bereavement.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is supportive of industry efforts to improve handling of these sensitive cases, including the implementation of the British Bankers’ Association’s Bereavement Principles. These Principles commit firms to support customers and, in particular, allow necessary payments to be made from the deceased’s accounts. Such payments include inheritance tax, which can be paid directly to HM Revenue and Customs, before probate is granted, through the Direct Payment Scheme. The fee of £10 also includes a copy of the grant of probate (if one has been made) and the Will (if there is one).</p><p>The Lord Chancellor has a power to remit fees where there are exceptional circumstances for doing so.
