DCMS is working with industry to ensure consumers have this access, as set out in the UK Digital Strategy.</p><p> </p><p>Many large corporates pledged practical support in the Strategy, which was launched by the Secretary of State in March this year. Almost all of the largest fundraising charities have paid the levy. Some smaller fundraising charities have yet to respond and a few have refused to pay. The Fundraising Regulator is continuing to chase these charities. Through our ongoing dialogue across the sector, we know that small charities want more support to fundraise effectively through better use of digital technology.</p><p>In recognition of this, the Office for Civil Society in England are providing a multi-year programme of fundraising training and support.
