It is intended that this requirement be tested through pilot schemes at the May 2018 elections. Pilots will help to identify the best way of administering this new requirement.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Government is continuing to work with the Law Commission on how best to implement the recommendations of their review of electoral law in collaboration with other stakeholders. 	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/07/2017 answer text <p>The financial arrangements for the Scotland Act 2016 are set out in the Fiscal Framework Agreement agreed between the UK and Scottish Governments during the passage of the Scotland Bill. A copy of the Fiscal Framework was placed in the library of the House on the 25 February 2016.</p><p> </p><p>The Fiscal Framework sets out the timeframe for introduction of the new financial arrangements.
