answer text <p>Government advertising is purchased by our media buying partner, Carat.</p><p>Carat has held the contract for UK Government media buying since January 2015. The figures that are supplied below show spend by departmental groups for the financial year 2015/16. answer text <p>The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) does not routinely collect data from public sector fleet operators in relation to the Government's air quality targets. It does, however, capture data from suppliers relating to fuel types and CO2 Emissions.</p><p>The CCS Call Off contract template for Vehicle Purchase and Vehicle Lease and Fleet Management allow departments to specify the provision of this type of information from their appointed suppliers, but there is no specific data set that is recommended.</p><p>The CCS Vehicle Telematics framework enables organisations to manage their fleets more effectively by improving safety and efficiency through the use of telematics technology by monitoring things like fuel consumption, vehicle tracking and driver behaviour.</p> more like this

HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) currently has a target of processing Economic Operator Registration Identification applications within 3 working days. answer text <p>The costs being paid to Concentrix are, as stated in the Written Statement of 15 November 2016 (HCWS251), in regard to exit from a number of established subcontracts. These costs are only in respect of those subcontract breakage costs that Concentrix will bear as a result of early termination, which would not have been incurred by Concentrix if the subcontracts had continued until expiry and that are unavoidable, proven, reasonable and not otherwise capable of recovery.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Government is committed to addressing the affordability of housing and making the aspiration of home ownership a reality for as many households as possible.</p><p> </p><p>Alongside this the Government is committed to increasing competition in banking and creating an environment in which firms compete to offer a range of products that suit the varying needs of their customers.</p><p> </p><p>Government also runs the Help to Buy: Equity loan through which Government lends up to 20% (40% in London) of the cost of a newly built home with buyers only needing a 5% cash deposit and a 75% mortgage to make up the rest. The loan is repaid when the property is sold, or after 25 years (whichever is sooner), with the amount repayable calculated as 20% of the value of the property at the point the loan is repaid (or 40% in London). There is also an annual fee payable on the loan after 5 years.</p><p> </p><p>Since Help to Buy: equity loan launched it has helped over 90,000 households buy a home, supporting first-time buyers in all parts of the country with 81% of purchases made through the scheme made by first time buyers.</p><p> </p><p>In October 2016 the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) released a report which highlighted that 15-20 firms are currently lending on shared ownership.</p>
