<p>Comprehensive tobacco control measures act in concert. The Government monitors
the impact of all tobacco control measures using a range of data sources, some of
which are reported annually. The Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 and
The Standardised Packaging of Tobacco Regulations 2015, which implement most elements
of the Tobacco Products Directive in the United Kingdom, contain a review clause,
with the first review of the operation of the legislation falling before 2021.</p>
