answer text <p>The government is committed to providing an inclusive service through Pension Wise and is working with its delivery partners to ensure accessibility of pension guidance across the UK. Telephone appointments are delivered by the Pension Advisory Service and can be accessed in any part of the UK through free, outbound telephone calls. Face-to-face appointments are delivered by over 500 Citizens Advice bureau locations, two of which are in Bristol, on Quay Street and Broad Street. The Hon. answer text <p /> <p>As part of our Jobcentre modernisation programme we have replaced all Customer Access Telephones with computers. Alongside this we provide an assisted service for claimants who require additional support while using the computers.</p><p> </p><p>Claimants who require access to a telephone in connection with their benefit or job search will still be given access to a telephone in a Jobcentre.</p> more like this
