They are best placed to understand local needs and the different ways they can be supported locally. The Government will outline its plans for constituency boundaries when it responds to the Political and Constitutional Reform Committee’s report, <em>What next on the redrawing of parliamentary constituency boundaries?</em>, in due course.</p><p> </p><p>The Boundary Commissions are due to commence work on their next reviews of Parliamentary constituencies in spring 2016 in order to submit final reports by 1 October 2018. However, the table attached shows the number of successful prosecutions brought under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 for allowing a dog to be dangerously out of control in 2014. The latest data published in the National Diabetes Audit report shows that over 85% of all those with diabetes in England and Wales received a foot examination in 2012-13. He emphasised the importance of moving towards a political process in Yemen and sustained humanitarian access.
