A consultation on the draft regulations and guidance to support implementation of part one of the Care Act 2014 opened on 5 June 2014 and ran for 10 weeks to 15 August 2014. The Government will publish a response to the consultation shortly. The statutory guidance to support implementation of part one of the Care Act will be published at the same time.
