We keep all our travel advice, including for Iran, under constant review to ensure it reflects our current assessment of the risks to British nationals. Our travel advice for Iran makes clear that, currently, British nationals face greater risks in Iran than nationals of many other countries. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/09/2018 answer text <p>The accounts of non-profit making companies included within the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 (Audit of non-profit making companies) Order 2009 (SI 2009/476) and as amended by subsequent Orders must be examined and certified by the Comptroller and Audit General. The C&amp;AG must then send a copy of the accounts and the report to the relevant departmental Secretary of State, usually this is the SoS of the sponsor department, or any other minister of the Crown who must then lay them before Parliament.</p><p> </p><p>Companies must also comply with applicable requirements in the Companies Act 2006 and follow the financial reporting principles of the HM Treasury Financial Reporting Manual (except for public corporations that are not trading funds). For those with children, this includes ensuring that help with up front childcare costs is available for Universal Credit households with a low income.</p><p> </p><p>Claimants with a firm job offer can claim Universal Credit Childcare costs up to 1 month prior to starting work to enable their children to settle into a new routine. We also offer extra support to enable parents to pay upfront childcare costs or deposits: for example, claimants may be eligible to receive an advance of their future Universal Credit entitlement, which is interest free. Work coaches and claimants work together to ensure that, where this is taken up, repayments are affordable and manageable.</p><p> </p><p>If a budgeting advance is not appropriate, the Flexible Support Fund may also provide assistance. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/05/2018 answer text <p>People with severe disfigurements are treated as having a disability for the purposes of the Equality Act 2010 and therefore benefit from the same protections from discrimination as any other person with a disability. These protections span a number of situations and circumstances including the provision of goods and services and employment.</p><p> </p><p>As with other aspects of civil law it is for those who feel that they have been discriminated against to personally seek advice or redress by bringing the case to court.</p><p> </p><p>The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) also has a monitoring and enforcement role in relation to the Equality Act 2010. However, HMRC and the Department for Education will be monitoring trends in the childcare market, and conducting research to understand parents and childcare providers’ views on the impacts.</p><p>For the current financial year 2017/18 we forecast there to be 130 full-time equivalent (FTE) staff in HMRC and 160 FTE within National Savings &amp; Investments. We estimate that in financial year 2018/19 there will be 250 FTE staff employed in HMRC and 220 FTE within National Savings &amp; Investments. These forecasts are reviewed regularly and are subject to change.</p><p> </p><p>Regarding how many families will benefit from Tax-Free Childcare, I refer the Hon. Member to the response I gave to the Hon. Member for Newcastle upon Tyne North on 29 January (124793).</p><p> </p><p>The Government has not made an estimate on the number of divorced or separated parents who will have to decide which of them will have the Tax-Free Childcare account.</p><p> </p><p>HMRC have a process for dealing with different claims from such parents. The first parent that applies for a childcare account and is eligible, is given an account. If another person later applies for the same child both parents are contacted and asked whether they’re content to stand aside for the other applicant (so that the case can be resolved amicably). If they chose not to do this, both parents are asked to provide evidence in support of their claim. HMRC resolve cases based on the facts of each case. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/02/2016 answer text <p>Sections 58 and 59 of the Offences Against the Person Act 1861 (only applies in England and Wales) makes it an offence to intentionally procure a miscarriage, including for a woman to procure her own miscarriage.</p><p> </p><p>The Abortion Act 1967 creates exceptions to the offences of procuring a miscarriage.
