answer text <p>The Government has not made a year on year estimate of the number of additional nurse training places that will be available up to 2020; Health Education England (HEE) produces a workforce plan on an annual basis which sets out the estimated minimum requirements for the National Health Service to meet the longer-term NHS workforce needs.</p><p> </p><p>Pre-registration nurse training places will no longer be commissioned in the same way that has been done previously by HEE. The reforms for healthcare education funding mean students will move onto the student loans system; giving universities the flexibility to provide additional places, based on local need and NHS clinical capacity. HEE will continue to fund the required number of clinical placements to meet the longer-term NHS workforce needs.</p> more like this

We have put in place a £3.6 billion transitional relief scheme for England to support those rate payers facing increases at the 2017 revaluation. The Government is considering how to improve delivery of sex and relationships education, including updating the existing guidance.</p><p>In September, we announced a £2.8 million programme to prevent and address homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying in schools in England. answer text <p>The Action Plan for Information on Rail Fares and Ticketing launched on 13 December 2016 is a set of stretching actions to drive real improvement for passengers in the next 12 months.</p><p> </p><p>We are working with the Rail Delivery Group, the consumer group Which?, Transport Focus and the Rail Regulator. These organisations form a working group who meet to review progress against the actions on a monthly basis working towards two key reports as set out in the Action Plan.</p><p> </p><p>The Regulator will publish an interim progress report on delivery against this plan in the ORR’s Annual Consumer Report in July 2017, and a final report will be published at the end of the year.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Department for Transport officials meet with the Office of Rail and Road (ORR) regularly to discuss consumer issues, including train operators’ compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (CRA). As a designated enforcer of consumer law, the ORR has the power to take action in relation to breaches of a range of consumer protection laws that apply to train operators and rail passengers, including the CRA.</p><p> </p><p>It is the responsibility of train operators to ensure they are compliant with their legal obligations. The ORR has also been working with the Rail Delivery Group and individual train operators over the last year to raise their awareness of the CRA and their obligations under it.</p><p> </p><p>The ORR is currently reviewing train operators’ compliance with the rules around how refunds must be paid under the CRA.</p><p><strong> </strong></p> more like this
