<p>The Green Paper “Security and Sustainability of defined benefit pension schemes” asks if new measures are needed to help schemes like the Plumbers manage pension liabilities. This is a highly complex area and the Green Paper seeks to start an informed debate and build consensus on what, if any, changes to legislation may be needed.</p>
