I have been in contact with Hon. Members from the South Yorkshire area on the issue of a round table.</p><p> </p><p>Prior to lockdown, Defra officials were working to set this up. However, the coronavirus pandemic has caused delays. A further letter in July set out targets for expected rates of recovery of elective activity in September of at least 80% of the trust’s last year’s activity for overnight electives, rising to 90% in October.</p><p>NHS England and NHS Improvement continue to work closely with NHS Blood and Transplant to restore transplant services, including kidney transplants. Deceased organ donation and transplantation activity is now restored to pre-COVID-19 levels. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/09/2020 answer text <p>NHS Blood and Transplant launched a communication campaign, on behalf of the Government in April 2019, to make the public fully aware of the new system of consent in England. The campaign has continued to date, with social media activity running through the summer. Activity will increase in the autumn, with radio and social media activity to coincide with Organ Donation Week. Television, video on demand, out of home and radio will run from November. There will be a further multimedia campaign in spring 2021 to reinforce the role of the family and normalising sharing a decision with family members. NHS Blood and Transplant will also be releasing new Key Stage 3 and 4 materials for schools.</p><p>As part of the campaign, there have been specific initiatives to drive awareness amongst black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) populations. These have included engagement with faith leaders and community media advertising, targeted press release activity and case study stories. The government has been clear that airlines should not deny consumers their legal right to a refund, if it is requested and this should be done in a timely manner.</p><p> </p><p>The Civil Aviation Authority undertook a review of the refund policies of all UK airlines, as well as a number of international airlines that operate flights to and from the UK. The CAA has utilised this review to influence airlines to change their processes and practices in order to improve performance in providing refunds. The CAA’s actions have led to an improved quality of service and performance from most airlines. Individuals affected will either be entitled to an ELC claim amendment for a rescheduled course in FY 2020-21 or, exceptionally, depending on individual circumstances, a scheme membership expiry date extension. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/09/2020 answer text <p>Bowling alleys have been permitted to reopen in line with Covid-19 Secure guidelines since 15th August, except in specific areas where local restrictions are in place.</p><p>Bowling alleys are able to benefit from the reduced rate of VAT which the Government has applied to attractions, accommodation and hospitality from 15 July 2020-12 January 2021. To support businesses - including bowling alleys - through Covid-19, the Government has also introduced a comprehensive support package, including business rates relief for eligible leisure businesses and the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme.</p><p>We have supported bowling alleys by working closely with stakeholders to develop further Covid-19 Secure reopening guidance for venues.
