From Thursday 17 March 2022, childminders can continue to childmind in their homes if someone who lives with them has tested positive or has COVID-19 symptoms.</p><p>Childminders are advised to follow the steps below to reduce the risk of onward transmission:</p><ul><li>The person who has tested positive or has COVID-19 symptoms should avoid contact with the children being cared for in the setting.</li><li>Where possible, use separate toilet and handwashing facilities. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/03/2022 answer text <p>A statutory duty for firefighters to respond to flooding is unlikely to make a significant difference to the Fire and Rescue Services which already provide effective response to flooding incidents. This has been consistent demonstrated through the excellent response of Fire and Rescue Services to a range of incidents including the flooding associated with recent Storms Eunice and Franklin.</p><p>Fire and Rescue Authorities already have the power to respond to all kinds of emergencies for which they do not have a specific statutory duty, including flooding, under the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004.</p><p>Furthermore, the Government provides the Fire and Rescue Service with additional resource to tackle flooding via the provision of High-Volume Pumps and Water Rescue Assets. The Government has developed the New Dimensions Programme to provide Fire and Rescue Services with specialised equipment and training to respond to national scale emergencies, beyond the capacity of local resources.</p><p>Such capabilities include urban search and rescue, large-scale firefighting, and flood response.
