It also provides pensions awareness sessions, supported by a member help<br>centre which is run by MyCSP, and plans to run financial education sessions in November<br>2019</p><p>The Cabinet Office wellbeing action plan enables support for all staff, including those near<br>retirement. A number of key initiatives which support people transitioning to retirement<br>include: running leadership wellbeing training for all Senior Civil Servants, updating line<br>manager training to ensure wellbeing is included in all conversations, embedding wellbeing<br>into the Senior Civil Service leadership objective and including wellbeing in performance<br>management monthly conversation tools</p><p>There are a number of support services available in Cabinet Office that provide support or<br>advice to all employees, and would be of benefit to those nearing retirement. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/05/2019 answer text <p>In their transition to retirement staff are invited to attend a Civil Service pre-retirement course focusing on many topics including wellbeing, activities, pension and other finances. They also have access to an Employee Assistance Programme free of charge that can provide information and support relating to retirement including preparation, change, relationships, staying active, benefit entitlement and wills. They may also be able to take partial retirement in order to reduce their working hours and ease them into retirement.</p><p> </p><p>HM Treasury encourages staff throughout their careers to maintain good physical and mental wellbeing and work life balance. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/05/2019 answer text <p>This is a devolved matter and the information provided therefore relates to England only.</p><p> </p><p>In England, we are working with the commercial and technical sectors through a business led Property Flood Resilience Roundtable, to increase the uptake of flood resilience approaches (recoverability and resistance), both by homes and businesses, in areas at risk of flooding.</p><p> </p><p>Flood Re was established in 2016 to help improve the affordability and availability of Flood Insurance for homes at high risk of flooding across the whole of the UK (including Wales). Flood Re is required to take action to help the flood insurance market transition to one that is risk reflective by 2039. This includes exploring ways in which Flood Re can help improve the uptake of flood resilience measures in homes at risk of flooding.</p><p> </p><p>Our investment programme will better protect at least 300,000 homes from the risk of all flooding and coastal erosion by 2020/21. The percentage of new residential addresses created in 2017-18 that were in National Flood Zone 3 is due to be published in an updated version of Table P320 on 31 May</p><p><br> All local planning authorities are expected to follow the strict tests set out in national planning policy and guidance, which includes steering development away from high risk flood areas. Where development in flood risk areas is considered, national planning policy is clear that it should be safe, resilient and not increase flood risk anywhere. These scores are self-reported by survey respondents on an 11-point scale, from 0 to 10. “Low” personal wellbeing is defined as those who report a score of 0-4 on life satisfaction, feeling that the things done in life are worthwhile, or happiness, or a score of 6-10 on anxiety.</li><li>Personal well-being scores are reported by respondents at the time of interview, including how happy or anxious they were “yesterday”, so the respondents identified in this analysis do not necessarily “suffer from” low personal well-being over an extended period.</li><li>Differences in proportions do not necessarily imply a direct causal relationship.</li><li>People with long-term health conditions are defined as those who report any physical or mental health conditions or illnesses lasting or expecting to last 12 months or more.</li><li>Disabled people are defined as those who report a long-term health condition that reduces their ability to carry out day-to-day activities.
