<p /> <p>A full assessment of the impact of our proposals was conducted as part of the consultation on legal aid reform. This was updated at Royal Assent to Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012. A Post Implementation Review will be conducted 3 -5 years after implementation.</p>
