answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/11/2014 answer text <p>The Defence Clothing Team, part of Defence Equipment and Support, is responsible for providing all waterproof clothing to the Royal Marines (RM).</p><p>In 2013 the RM identified a requirement for a new windproof suit as part of its Mountain and Cold Weather Warfare range of clothing. It is important that quota limits are not exceeded, in order to protect the long term future of the industry. Early closure is used only as a last resort.</p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p><p>Fishermen should not risk their safety, or that of their crew and vessel at any time.
