answer text <p><strong>The table sets out the number of Government Equalities Office employees, within each performance category, who have declared a disability. </strong><strong>The Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) takes seriously its obligations to collect diversity data as required by the Equality Act 2010. All staff have been asked to provide personal diversity data to be held anonymously, and we continue to encourage increased declaration by staff.
