answer text <p>The Department for Transport received advice from the Rail Industry Readiness Board that a three week transition period for implementing the new timetable would allow for minimal disruption. As few as three weeks before the timetable change Govia Thameslink Railway personally informed the Secretary of State that they were ready.</p> more like this
