answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/11/2017 answer text <p>HM Courts &amp; Tribunals Service (and prior to 2016 the Ministry of Justice) has sold (as at August 2017) 23 listed buildings since 2010.</p><p> </p><p>HM Courts &amp; Tribunals Service has sold (as at August 2017) 17 courts that are located within or near a conservation area.
