We welcome the investigation and recommendation of the Special Investigations Unit and the subsequent decision of the Minister of Justice to refer the cases of Mohamed Ramadhan and Husain Moosa back to the Court of Cassation for retrial. Officials from the British Embassy regularly attend court hearings of cases of interest to the UK. Our Embassies engage regularly with British citizens living in their host Member States. Particularly since the EU Referendum, we have been reaching out to UK nationals in the EU at frequent meetings, events and online. We are encouraging UK nationals to follow the ‘UK nationals in the EU’ page on <a href="http://www.gov.uk/" target="_blank">www.gov.uk</a> and to follow Embassy social media channels for the latest information on the UK’s withdrawal from the EU.
