His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales announced in the Queen’s Speech that a data reform bill will be introduced in this parliamentary session.DCMS consulted on a range of proposals on how to improve the UK’s data protection framework including reforms to the Information Commissioner’s Office. The consultation response will set out further details and will be published shortly.
