Successful bids are those that are approved directly by the Commission or by the UK National Agency and ratified by the Commission. UK participation in programmes will be agreed between the parties and depend on the nature of the next generation of EU programmes and wider UK priorities. This commitment recognises the need to promote security and stability in cyberspace through increased international cooperation. In the event that the UK leaves the EU without a deal, the UK still recognises this need.
