The EU Withdrawal Act retains the General Data Protection Regulation in UK law. It also allows the government to make technical corrections to it via regulations so that it continues to be operable when the UK is no longer an EU Member State. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/11/2018 answer text <p>According to the Health Survey for England, in 2015 22% of children (23% of boys and 20% of girls) aged 5-15 met the physical activity guidelines of being at least moderately active for at least 60 minutes every day. This is higher than in 2012, when 21% of boys and 16% of girls met the guidelines. However this excludes school-based activities and active travel. Further information can be found here: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/uk-physical-activity-guidelines" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/uk-physical-activity-guidelines</a>.</p><p> </p><p>As part of the government’s Sporting Future strategy, Sport England’s remit was extended to cover children from age 5+. Government departments including DCMS, DfE and DHSC have worked with Sport England to develop the new Active Lives: Children and Young People survey. This survey launched in schools in September 2017 and will measure in much more detail how children and young people engage in sport and physical activity, and how many are meeting the Chief Medical Officer's guidelines, both in and out of school. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/11/2018 answer text <p>The Life Chances Fund (LCF) is an £80m fund to help people in society who face the most significant barriers to leading happy and productive lives. It provides top-up contributions to locally commissioned Social impact Bonds (SIBs) that aim to tackle complex social problems.</p><p> </p><p>All of the £80m Life Chances Fund has been awarded in principle to local commissioners, including local authorities and clinical commissioning groups. These commissioners are at various stages of designing and delivering the projects. The Charter is a private sector initiative designed to promote diversity in the tech workforce. As the digital revolution progresses, many more jobs will require digital skills and many more tech roles will be created. We cannot afford for underrepresented workers, such as women or those from BAME backgrounds, to be excluded from or unable to progress within these roles.
