answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/03/2018 answer text <p>Government’s Sporting Future strategy, published in December 2015, set out out how important it is for all children to have a good experience of sport and physical activity while they are young.</p><p> </p><p>Sport England supports children and young people in England by ensuring there is a good sports and activity offer before and after the school day. Sport England has committed up to £194 million of investment into children and young people over the next four years, which includes the Families Fund: up to £40 million invested in projects that offer new opportunities for families with children to be active together. Sport England will also provide specialist training to at least two teachers in every secondary school in England by 2020, and will invest £28m into Satellite Clubs between 2017-2021. Sport England is also investing £3m through the Potentials Fund, which will look at ways to get young people involved in social action and volunteering using sport and physical activity.</p><p> </p><p>Government continues to invest in the School Games (around £17.5m per year) so that all children and young people have the best opportunities to engage in competitive sport. This would enable the UK to participate in key programmes alongside our EU partners to promote our shared values and enhance our intellectual strength in the world.</p><p> </p><p>We have agreed a fair financial settlement with the EU enabling us to move to the next stage of negotiations, and will continue to benefit from EU programmes under this budget plan. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/03/2018 answer text <p>Superfast Essex is one of the first BDUK projects to undertake a Phase 4 and has an ambition to ensure that at least 99% of premises in Essex have access to superfast broadband by the end of 2021.</p><p> </p><p>Superfast Essex’s Phase 4 is a two-part procurement with Phase 4a currently at the evaluation stage. Phase 4b of the procurement is planned for launch in the summer. Deployment plans are not yet set and will be published by Superfast Essex once Phase 4 has been contracted and mobilised. The review considered the impact of reduced lottery income and made a series of recommendations to ensure that funding is spent to support the resilience of the heritage sector, to maximise the benefits of heritage for people across the UK, and to preserve the UK’s heritage for future generations.</p><p> </p><p>HLF is treating 2018/19 as a transitional year as they prepare for their next five-year funding framework, starting in 2019. They are currently consulting on their framework and are actively encouraging people to give their views. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/03/2018 answer text <p>We are committed to supporting and promoting a thriving music industry and ensuring the continued growth of this vital and vibrant sector both at home and abroad.</p><p> </p><p>To this end the government funded Music Export Growth Scheme continues to support the launch of UK music acts to international audiences with £2.8m from 2016-20. Another £200,000 is being made available up to March 2020 through the International Showcase Fund, delivered in partnership with the PRS Foundation.</p><p> </p><p>At SXSW 2018 in Austin, 91 UK artists performed including at the British Music Embassy which was sponsored by DIT, BBC Music and UK music partners.
