answer text <p>A breakdown of the total number of maintenance issues related to a lack of heating since April 2022 can be found in the following table, for the four regions covered by the four Future Defence Infrastructure Services (FDIS) Regional Accommodation Maintenance Services (RAMS) contracts:</p><p> </p><table><tbody><tr><td><p><strong>Regions</strong></p></td><td><p><strong>Total number of maintenance issues related to a lack of heating since April 2022</strong></p></td></tr><tr><td><p>Central:</p></td><td><p>5,658</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>North:</p></td><td><p>3,275</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>Southeast:</p></td><td><p>7,862</p></td></tr><tr><td><p>Southwest:</p></td><td><p>7,741</p></td></tr><tr><td><p><strong>TOTAL: </strong></p></td><td><p>24,536</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p> </p><p>The Department are only able to break down the 24,536 maintenance issues relating to a lack of heating since April 2022 by the four MOD contractual regions. A further breakdown is not held centrally and could only be provided at disproportionate cost.</p>
