To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, how many allegations of (a) sexual assault,
(b) exposure, (c) voyeurism, (d) sexual activity in a public lavatory, (e) rape and
(f) other forms of sexual misconduct have been recorded by the Crime Statistics and
Analysis Cell in each month since April 2014 relating to the (i) Army, (ii) Navy,
(iii) RAF and (iv) reservists; and if he will make a statement.
<p>The table shows the number of allegations of rape, sexual assault, exposure, voyeurism,
and other forms of sexual misconduct, recorded by the Service police in each month
since April 2014 up to 24 October 2014, broken down by Service.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, where his Department's primary vehicle
storage and distribution site is for all types of (a) military equipment, (b) Royal
Engineering bridging, (c) boats and (d) construction plant; and if he will make a
statement.
<p>Logistic Commodities and Services (LCS), part of Defence Equipment & Support,
is responsible for the storage and distribution of non-explosive equipment across
Defence. The majority of this equipment is stored and distributed from LCS Bicester
and LCS Donnington.<br><br>The primary vehicle storage and distribution site for Defence
is LCS Ashchurch. Royal Engineering bridging equipment and boats are stored at LCS
Ashchurch, LCS Ripon and LCS Longmoor. <br><br>Engineer construction plant and field
terrain mechanical handling equipment is provided to the Ministry of Defence, under
contract, by the Amey Lex Consortium.</p>
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will place in the Library a copy
of the Ashchurch relocation assessment study along with details of its impact assessment
and housing start number; and if he will make a statement.
<p>The Ministry of Defence (MOD) is still undertaking studies into the future of the
site at MOD Ashchurch. Once all functions currently undertaken at MOD Ashchurch have
been relocated to other facilities, appropriate supporting documentation will be placed
in the Library of the House.</p>
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, if he will place in the Library details
of his Department's land release programme; and if he will make a statement.

received relating to punishments administered within the service justice or discipline
system following the receipt of a police caution were stayed within the service complaints
system; and if he will make a statement.
<p>As I stated in my answer of 28 April 2014 (Official Report, columns 443-444W) the
implications for Defence of changes made in 2011 to rehabilitation legislation relating
to police cautions are complex and are the subject of advice to Minister being prepared
by officials. <br><br>A total of five complaints arising from these changes were received
from Service personnel in 2012. One was withdrawn and the remaining four complaints
have been suspended pending the outome of Ministers' deliberation.<br><br>The initial
exercise to determine the numbers of personnel affected by these legislative changes
was undertaken to inform officials’ advice to Ministers. However, no detailed exercise
to locate affected personnel has been undertaken.<br><br>When I have reached a decision,
I will inform the House.</p>

has undertaken to identify and locate army personnel who have been disciplined after
receiving a police caution; and if he will make a statement.

<p>The Ministry of Defence is considering options for the future controlled humidity
environment capability. These options have not been finalised but an assessment study
is due to complete in 2015.</p><p> </p>

reports on the approximate costs of repairing Ashchurch subsequent to that commissioned
