Around one in two women and a third of men in England may be damaging their health through a lack of physical activity. Ministers across government continue to work together to identify opportunities to get people active in a range of ways including active travel, health initiatives, planning and sport.</p><p> </p><p>In December 2015 Government published ‘Sporting Future: A New Strategy for an Active Nation’ - the first comprehensive government strategy for sport for 13 years – it sets out a new vision for a successful and active sporting nation. This regulatory system is independent of the Government and is ultimately responsible for setting the standards in advertising, ensuring that all adverts, wherever they appear, are legal, decent, honest and truthful. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/05/2016 answer text <p>The Basic Broadband Scheme comprises two schemes running in parallel: the main scheme is administered by the Local Authorities and BT using only satellite suppliers; and the second supplementary scheme is administered by BDUK and uses fixed wireless suppliers as well as satellite suppliers. These schemes form part of the Government's commitment to ensure that every home and business in the UK has access to a broadband service of at least 2 Mbps.</p><p>On the main scheme, there have been 2774 successful applications for codes, with 278 going on to place orders.
